2006-10-18 08:10 | darkeyeResearchers at Columbia University and the University of New Mexico in the US created a DNA computer that plays (and wins at) tic-tac-toe. Data entry is a bit cumbersome, as some chemicals have to be dropped into tubes - but at least the result comes back visually, as chemical reactions make specific parts of the grid fluorescent, according to the results of the DNA reactions.
